The Lofts at Willow Creek

Kevin K. Parsons & Associates provided the client with design services from early concept development to final construction inspection on this urban lifestyle community. Zoning exhibits were developed to assist in the approvals for the project. Final construction documents included layout, grading and detailing for the amenity area which included a multi-purpose swimming pool, hot tub, fir-pit area, grilling station with pergola, and a lawn activity court. Specialty pavement was incorporated into the pool deck and expanded to include additional common spaces around the community. Landscape design included the foundation plantings for all three residence buildings, main entrance boulevard and signage, perimeter screening and common areas, the municipal streetscape and round-a-bout, and the amenity courtyard area.
