Village Green Townhomes

Carmel, Indiana

Nestled among a mature woodland site, these townhomes were located adjacent to the multi-purpose Monon Trail. Kevin K. Parsons & Associates assisted with the initial site layout and then designed the landscape and recreational elements for this challenging project. Space for all site required plantings was very limited due to easements and protected areas located throughout the site. KPA worked closely with an arborist to establish tree preservation limits and best management practices to be implemented during construction. A trailhead connection with space for a future piece of public art, was provided to further connect this community to the adjacent trail system.
