Stonechase Residential Community

Bloomington, Indiana

The design of this new residential community required the preservation and protection of the existing karst topography and native vegetation of the limestone based site. KPA assisted in the rezoning and approval process for the client. The design package included a large scale limestone block entry signage feature, extensive street trees and perimeter vegetative buffering, native plantings, a playground and a neighborhood trail. Design: 2004-2005.
