Kevin K. Parsons & Associates, Inc. has designed the site features and landscape architecture for this ‘high image’ residential community located near Zionsville, Indiana. The work included zoning approvals to ordinance standards with extensive hardscape and softscape features as part of the landscape development package. Waterfalls and streams, an English style ‘Mother’s’ garden, large scale masonry entry and sign walls, decorative fences, and the inclusion of extensive street trees and native plantings throughout contributed to the established appearance of the new subdivision community.
