Belmont Place

Kevin K. Parsons & Associates provided detailed landscape, sign and monument design documents for this project located in the expanding eastern area of this highly desirable community. Stone clad monument features include a corner monument structure, sign walls for two entrances, community identifier columns and fence end piers. The project also included round-a-bout, pond edge, streetscape and buffer yard landscape design. This project is currently completed though phase one.
