Kevin K. Parsons & Associates, Inc. (KPA) provided a variety of services for this new Planned Unit Development (PUD) that included a mixed use of office and medical buildings, and the new regional YMCA facility for Hendricks County. Working in conjunction with Wonderwall, KPA developed the Master Plan and contributed ordinance language for the PUD zoning approvals. KPA also designed the over all landscape for the site, the Phase 1 construction documents, and multiple color graphics and renderings for presentations, platting, and marketing purposes.
