Corporate Headquarters, Conceptual Landscape Plan and Sustainable Initiatives

KPA created two distinct concept plans for the future phase one implementation of an updated and more sustainable landscape plan for this high profile urban corporate headquarters. In an effort to increase Citizens’ renewed focus on conservation, green and sustainable ideas for the site were incorporated in the overall master plan. Phase one implementation drawings included full planting plans, details, and cost estimates for new landscaping along the highly visable frontage on Meridian Street. Construction is scheduled for 2010.
