KPA assisted this developer from early concept development and zoning exhibits to final construction documents and cost estimating. This Continuing Care Retirement Community provided KPA multiple opportunities to expand their landscape design vocabulary. Incorporated into the final design were a roof-top garden over the parking garage, an interior courtyard, a memory garden, entry features, water fountains, outdoor dining terraces, overlooks, multiple drop-off areas and a walking trail meandering through the expansive site. Creation of an urban edge and wall system along the busy street was important to create seperatation for this development.
