Kevin K. Parsons & Associates provided the landscape architecture services for Browning Investments for this new industrial business park including the first two buildings with the opportunity for a future third building expansion. Services included landscape design to zoning ordinance standards for the building base, parking lots, perimeter buffering, internal streetscape, and signage enhancement. Additional buffering with berms and plantings was added between the school and the industrial site.
