Kevin Parsons & Associates, Inc. has provided landscape architecture services for the Browning - Duke LLC joint venture of this new industrial business park including the first two buildings, the parking landscape, and the main park identification sign located along the new Ronald Reagan Parkway. The original buildling doubled in size after it’s initial construction completion due to tenant requirements. The site features a bio-swale system that filters stormwater run-off from parking and the roof before entering the detention pond.
