AirTech Business Park

Plainfield, Indiana

Kevin Parsons & Associates, Inc. has provided landscape architecture services for the entire Airtech Business Park Development, located in Plainfield, Indiana just west of Indianapolis International Airport. Services have included the landscape design of: Airtech Parkway, entry and identification signage, and all of the ‘big box’ buildings up to 900,000 square feet in size. KPA’s work helped establish the benchmark for ordinance standards and expectations from the Town of Plainfield. Overhead and underground easements were both issues in this park. Innovative landscape, entry and building signage features, and image enhancements were provided throughout the business park. These services have been provided over the course of the last ten years and our efforts are still ongoing today
