Rock Bottom Restaurant

Kevin K. Parsons & Associates was part of a design build team that redeveloped an existing restaurant in to a new north side Rock Bottom dining facility. The established neighborhood and planned community retained previously committed improvement and development standards tied to the original zoning commitments. Contruction completed in 2005.
