The Phase Four expansion of the Plainfield Commons Shopping Center (PCIV), located in Plainfield, Indiana, brought KPA back to the design table collaborating with an innovative design team and client. Located directly across Perry Road from the new ‘Metropolis’ Lifestyle Center, the PCIV Center is being designed to compliment and expand the existing Plainfield Commons Center, and reflect the ‘cutting edge’ design and activities currently coming to light at Metropolis. KPA provided the landscape architecture design for zoning approvals, permits and construction of this new phase. KPA had previously designed the landscape for the Phase 2 and 3 of the existing shopping center. Design: 2005-2007.
